40% Advance Payment Explained: How BDChinaMart Orders Work

Most of our products are bought in China after you order. That is why every order starts with a 40% advance payment. This article explains what the advance is for and how the rest of the payment works.

Why a 40% advance payment?

When you order, we pay the supplier in China for your product. The advance confirms that you really want the item and covers part of that cost. Without it, a cancelled order would leave us with a product nobody wants.

How to pay the advance

When is the advance refunded?

If we cannot buy the product (out of stock, supplier cancels, or the price changes and you do not accept it).
If you cancel before we have purchased the product.

Is it safe?
