Advance payment
Every order needs a 40% advance of the product price. We start buying the product only after your advance is verified. The remaining amount is paid when you receive the product.
When you get a full refund
- We cannot buy the product from the supplier (out of stock, price changed and you do not accept the new price, or the supplier cancels).
- You cancel the order before we have purchased the product in China.
Refunds are sent to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket number you paid from.
After the product is purchased
Once we have bought the product in China, the purchase cannot be reversed, so the advance is not refundable if you cancel at that point.
Wrong or damaged product
If you receive a different product from what you ordered, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video. We will check with the supplier and offer a replacement, repair or refund depending on the case.
