1. Choose a product
Browse the shop and open the product you want. Select the quantity and any option, then press Buy Now or Add to Cart. If the product is not on our website, use the Request a product form or WhatsApp us the product link.
2. Choose shipping: air or sea
At checkout choose By Air (faster) or By Sea (usually lower cost for heavy items). Our team confirms the delivery estimate when we call you.
3. Pay 40% advance
The checkout shows the advance amount (40% of the product price). Send it by bKash, Nagad or Rocket to the number shown, then enter the number you paid from and the Transaction ID.
4. We verify and buy in China
We check your payment, call you to confirm, and purchase the product from the supplier in China. You can follow every step on the Track Order page with your order number and phone number.
5. Receive and pay the balance
When the product reaches Bangladesh we deliver it to you. You pay the remaining product price plus the China to Bangladesh shipping charge (calculated by weight) and the local delivery charge.
